Terms and Conditions

  1. Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is until 11:00.
  2. The guests acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
  3. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
  4. Hotel Management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewellery or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms.
  5. Regardless of charge instructions, I acknowledge that I am personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred by me during my stay.
  6. In case of a cancellation within the agreed period of a booking where the refundable rate was chosen, refunds are made in full through the selected credit / debit card.
  7. All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Nexi e-Commerce" of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
  8. Sezame may share anonymous or aggregated data with Group companies and collaborating research institutions, exclusively for statistical and research purposes aimed at improving hospitality services. Such data does not allow the identification of individuals and is used solely within the framework of research and innovation, in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
